Call for Papers
Poster Guidelines
Thank you for presenting a poster at the 2008 SEAFWA Conference. Those planning to present a poster at the conference will need to register by visiting the conference web site at www.seafwa2008.org. The information below is provided to help you plan your poster presentation:
- Schedule
Posters will be set up from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 13. The posters session is located in the Watergarden B room at the Corpus Christi Convention Center, adjacent to the exhibit hall. You must be present to discuss your poster on Monday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. to be eligible for the student poster competition. We encourage you to display your poster through 4 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14. All posters should be removed no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
- Equipment
We will have 4' x 8' display boards on easels for you to mount your posters. The size of your poster should be no more than 4' x 4' A space for handouts will be provided on the easel and push pins will be provided for mounting.
- Abstracts
Will be posted on www.seafwa2008.org. They will be listed by author's last name.
